RenterPeace makes a major redesign of the web and mobile app interfaces. We also take time to make a number of bug fixes.
Social Features Added
RenterPeace adds a "social guestbook", which lets tenants join their community and pass on information about their apartment to future tenants. It syncs with local news sources.
Smart Assistant Added
To more easily navigate the growing list of features, RenterPeace adds a smart assistant.
After testing (including independent testing of its security), RenterPeace is no longer considered a beta version and is launched publicly. Staff tour the country to meet with various groups in the housing space. RenterPeace is quickly selected as "Best of" legal apps by ProductHunt.
Now on iOS and Android
RenterPeace is now a mobile app, available on Android and iOS.
New Features Added
RenterPeace adds chore tracking, shopping lists, and bill/expense splitting system. The app now includes nearly 100 article for legal help information. The landlord side is upgraded with rent tracking and other property management tools.

A beta version of RenterPeace is released publicly. The web app helps renters track maintenance issues and learn about laws.

The basic version of the web app is completed. Our team starts demoing the app to housing commissions and other groups.

A need to help solve rental problems became a central focus of Missing Wilbur LLC, with other projects taking a backseat. The company is rebranded as RenterPeace LLC.
